2 · QUOTE AND BOOKING
We explain the quoted price and what work it includes. Ask us about the storage, appliances and chosen carpet service before booking, so you know what is covered.
Once you choose an appointment, we agree how to get in and who can answer a question. Key return is arranged at the same time, whether you attend or nominate someone.
GUIDE PRICES
One-bedroom property: from £208 without carpet cleaning, or £238 with carpet cleaning.
Two-bedroom property: from £245 without carpet cleaning, or £275 with carpet cleaning.
These are starting prices for the property or room, rather than an hourly rate. Your total depends on the size and condition of the home and any extra work. We’ll confirm the price and what it includes before you book. Minimum charges and booking terms apply, appointments depend on availability, and any congestion charge is extra.

3 · BEFORE WE ARRIVE
Have the property cleared of personal belongings and rubbish. Empty cupboards and appliances booked for interior cleaning, and leave a clear route through each room.
Please keep power and water available and finish repairs that create dust beforehand. Empty a booked freezer and allow for necessary defrosting before the visit.
4 · ON ARRIVAL
Our first check looks at the rooms and any areas you highlighted. Show us damage already present and surfaces with special care needs before the cleaning begins.
If something has changed, we discuss the affected work with you first. We clean surfaces and fittings before the final vacuuming and mopping, keeping the room sequence practical.
5 · HOW WE CLEAN
Kitchen cleaning works through both the cooking mess and the surfaces used every day. We loosen suitable grease on the hob, splashback and extractor areas, wipe it away and clean worktops and cupboard fronts. Included empty interiors and booked oven surfaces receive attention too, followed by the sink and taps.
In bathrooms, cleaning comes before the finishing shine. We clean the toilet, basin and bath or shower, treat removable scale and soap film where appropriate and wipe the fittings. Mirrors and glass are checked for remaining residue, then the floor is cleaned after the other surfaces.
In bedrooms and living rooms, dusting and wiping reach shelves, doors, switches, handles and skirting, as well as the internal windows and storage in your booking. We vacuum carpets and the floor edges before mopping suitable hard floors. Empty rooms make those often-hidden margins much easier to reach.
If furniture remains, give us the item details when calling. We can include hard surfaces and empty storage without assuming a furnished room is the same job as an empty one.
Clear your belongings from those pieces before arrival. Heavy furniture may block access, and a sofa’s fabric needs a separate treatment from wiping its frame.
For carpet treatment, list the rooms and stairs and describe marks or known materials. We explain the option and drying considerations before you set the final handover arrangements.
You can also request upholstery or extra window cleaning. Tell us what needs attention and how it is reached so the additional work can be quoted and planned.
6 · COMPLETION AND KEYS
We go back over the cleaned areas before finishing, looking for missed dust or product residue. If you attend the walkthrough, point out a cleaning detail while the team is there.
Keys are returned according to the plan made with you. Send later concerns with photos, booking details and a precise location for review under the terms of your booking.
Describe all rooms, bathrooms, appliances and requested treatments. Condition and access details help us discuss the actual work.
They are starting figures. Check the property details, selected options and applicable conditions with us before booking.
Tell us which interiors need cleaning and confirm them in the quotation. Do not assume an unnamed appliance has been included.
You can nominate an agent for access and completion. Give us their details and leave someone available during the visit.
Clear belongings and rubbish, empty booked storage and appliances and leave utilities working. Discuss freezer preparation ahead of time.
Send photos and the exact location with your booking details. We review cleaning concerns under your booking terms.
