We will ask what the rooms contain and which appliances are remaining. Tell us about heavy grease, shower deposits or pet hair, and share any checkout cleaning list from your agent.
2 · QUOTE AND BOOKING
We explain the price and the work covered before booking. You can discuss extras such as fabric treatment or additional windows at this point, with the equipment and timing considered alongside the main clean.
Choose the appointment once the property will be ready. We arrange who opens up, how to enter the building and the key return, with a contact available if a question comes up.

One-bedroom property: from £208 without carpet cleaning, or £238 with carpet cleaning.
Two-bedroom property: from £245 without carpet cleaning, or £275 with carpet cleaning.
Three-bedroom property: from £307 without carpet cleaning, or £337 with carpet cleaning.
These are starting prices for the property or room, rather than an hourly rate. Your total depends on the size and condition of the home and any extra work. We’ll confirm the price and what it includes before you book. Minimum charges and booking terms apply, appointments depend on availability, and any congestion charge is extra.
Tell us if you need the oven or other appliance interiors cleaned. We’ll explain the work included in your quote and whether an oven-cleaning offer applies.
3 · BEFORE WE ARRIVE
Empty the storage you want cleaned, including kitchen drawers and bathroom cabinets. Remove food from appliances and ask us about defrosting ahead of a fridge or freezer interior clean.
Finish removals and take rubbish away first. Power and water need to stay connected until the cleaners finish; tell us about any last-minute work that may affect access.
4 · ON ARRIVAL
We begin by checking the rooms and tasks with your booking. Point out existing damage and any finishes needing special care before we start using cleaning products.
We discuss unexpected changes with you instead of assuming extra work is included. The room surfaces are cleaned before the floors so loose dust and crumbs can be picked up at the end.
5 · HOW WE CLEAN
Cupboard cleaning starts with the loose crumbs and spills, then the shelves and corners are wiped. We remove grease from suitable cooking surfaces, clean worktops, splashbacks, sink and taps, and clean the appliance interiors listed in your quotation.
Bathrooms get a thorough clean of the bath or shower, washbasin and toilet. We work on removable soap and mineral residue with suitable products, then wipe the glass and fittings and finish the floor.
We clean around the rest of the home, including dusty skirtings, ledges, doors and handles. Storage and internal window areas in the booking are covered too; we vacuum carpets and clean suitable hard flooring after the surface work.
For furnished properties, we clean the hard surfaces included in the visit, such as tables and empty shelves. Clear the landlord’s furniture of your possessions beforehand.
Let us know which furniture stays. Fabric cleaning is separate, and access behind large beds or cabinets may be limited; we discuss this when booking.
Ask for carpet cleaning by room and staircase. Describe stains and discuss drying before setting your final handover time.
For upholstery cleaning or extra window cleaning, give us the items and access details so the work can be arranged.
6 · COMPLETION AND KEYS
Our last look checks for missed edges, smears and cleaning residue. If you or your representative is there, walk through the rooms with the team and flag a cleaning concern while we can look at it together.
Keys go where you have instructed us. If something comes to light after the visit, send the booking information, location and photographs so we can review the concern under the booking terms.
Your postcode, complete room list, moving date and appliance details start the conversation. Tell us about heavy buildup and any checkout instructions too.
We remove loose debris and wipe the storage interiors included in the booking. Empty them fully before our arrival.
Vacuuming removes loose debris. Specialist carpet treatment is additional work, so check which option and rooms your quote includes.
Yes. Clearing shelves, basin edges and the bath or shower lets us reach the surfaces rather than cleaning around your belongings.
Discuss the access arrangement before booking and provide the contact details. We also need clear instructions for returning the keys afterwards.
Attend or nominate a representative at completion. Look through the cleaned areas with the team and identify a concern precisely.
