End of Tenancy Cleaning Barnet

Your tenancy may be ending, but there is still a kitchen, bathrooms and rooms to leave clean. We take care of that final cleaning for your Barnet property, beginning with a straightforward quote and finishing with a check before the keys are returned.

  • Cleaning tasks and price agreed before booking
  • Kitchen, bathroom and room-by-room cleaning
  • Access and key handover arranged with you

Tell us your moving date and what needs cleaning.

1 · YOUR FIRST CALL

Tell us about your move-out plans

Call 020 3404 6962. Tell us the postcode and rooms in the home, including extra bathrooms or separate spaces. Give us your leaving date and checkout deadline, and explain whether you are taking all the furniture or leaving some behind.

We ask about the appliances and any areas needing extra work. Share your agent’s cleaning instructions and mention carpet or upholstery treatment during the enquiry so those tasks can be discussed before the quote is prepared.

2 · QUOTE AND BOOKING

Your cleaning price explained

We explain the cleaning covered by your price and check the interiors you want included. You can ask about individual tasks and additional treatments, then discuss the appointment once the work is clear.

We also agree entry and departure. Tell us about unloading, parking, stairs or building instructions, give us a contact for the day and arrange the key return if you cannot meet us after cleaning.

GUIDE PRICES

End of tenancy cleaning prices

Three-bedroom property: from £307 without carpet cleaning, or £337 with carpet cleaning.

These are starting prices for the property or room, rather than an hourly rate. Your total depends on the size and condition of the home and any extra work. We’ll confirm the price and what it includes before you book. Minimum charges and booking terms apply, appointments depend on availability, and any congestion charge is extra.

Tell us if you need the oven or other appliance interiors cleaned. We’ll explain the work included in your quote and whether an oven-cleaning offer applies.

3 · BEFORE WE ARRIVE

Preparing the empty rooms

Please clear the rooms, take rubbish away and empty the cupboards and appliances booked for interior work. Remove toiletries and other personal items from surfaces so we can clean the spaces they usually cover.

Water and electricity should remain connected for the visit. Ask about fridge or freezer preparation in advance. If removals or repairs change your plans, call us so we can review the appointment before the team sets out.

4 · ON ARRIVAL

We look around before we clean

We walk through the property at the start, checking the booked rooms and the areas you mentioned. Show us delicate materials and any existing damage before cleaning begins so suitable methods can be chosen.

If the available property differs from the booking, we discuss that first. We then clean interiors and room surfaces before the final floor pass, keeping vacuuming and mopping until the other work is finished.

5 · HOW WE CLEAN

From cupboards and fixtures to floors

Kitchen and appliances

We clean inside the cupboards you have emptied as well as across the kitchen’s visible surfaces. Loose crumbs are removed before shelves and corners are wiped. Worktops, splashbacks and suitable hob and extractor surfaces are cleaned for grease and food residue. The appliance interiors in your quote and suitable removable parts receive attention, with deposits and product traces removed before the sink and taps are finished.

Bathrooms and toilets

We work around the toilet, basin, bath or shower, cleaning the fixtures and the fittings where soap residue collects. Removable scale receives treatment appropriate to the material, not simply a stronger product regardless of the finish. Mirrors and screens are cleaned after the buildup is removed. The floor is completed last, after the cleaning that could splash or dirty it.

Bedrooms, living rooms and floors

Room work includes shelving and ledges, doors, handles and switches, down to the skirting boards. Internal window areas are cleaned where included, and emptied storage attended to as part of the booking. We vacuum carpets through to the edges around the room. Suitable hard flooring is mopped at the end, with the method chosen to suit the surface.

Cleaning furnished spaces

Where furniture remains with the tenancy, identify it when booking. We clean the hard surfaces included once you have cleared its tops, drawers and shelves.

Tell us about heavy furniture and fitted appliances that block access. If fabric needs treatment, request that separately for the sofa or chairs rather than assuming it is included in furniture wiping.

Extra treatments for carpets and fabric

For carpet cleaning, tell us the rooms, stairs and visible marks. We confirm the option you want and talk about drying time so it can be considered before the handover.

Request upholstery cleaning with an item list and known fabric details. Extra window cleaning also needs its windows and access discussed before we arrange that work.

6 · COMPLETION AND KEYS

Reviewing the clean before leaving

We look back over the cleaning for missed dust, marks or residue before departure. If you are there, walk through with us and raise any particular cleaning point you would like checked.

We hand the keys back as planned. If you notice a cleaning concern later, contact us promptly with photos and your booking details so it can be reviewed under the terms of the service.

Questions about your Barnet end of tenancy clean

What should I tell you about furniture that stays?

Identify the landlord-owned items and any access restrictions. Clear their drawers, shelves and tops so the hard surfaces included in the booking are ready for cleaning.

Can I arrange repairs after the clean?

Work that creates dust or dirt is better finished first. Tell us the repair schedule when discussing the appointment so the order of the move can be considered.

How are shower screens cleaned?

We work on soap film and removable scale with treatment suited to the material, then finish the glass. Existing damage can remain even after deposits are removed.

Are carpets and sofa fabrics one treatment?

They need their own details. List the carpet rooms and stairs and identify any upholstered items so the required treatments can be discussed in the quotation.

Can I arrange access through a neighbour?

Discuss the entry contact with us and leave their number. Make sure they understand the appointment and the agreed plan for key return.

What happens if I notice a cleaning concern later?

Send photos and your booking details promptly, identifying the exact area. We review the concern against the service booked and its reporting terms.
