We also arrange who opens up and how we contact you during the work. Explain any building entry instructions and tell us where the keys should go afterwards.
GUIDE PRICES
Two-bedroom property: from £245 without carpet cleaning, or £275 with carpet cleaning.
These are starting prices for the property or room, rather than an hourly rate. Your total depends on the size and condition of the home and any extra work. We’ll confirm the price and what it includes before you book. Minimum charges and booking terms apply, appointments depend on availability, and any congestion charge is extra.

3 · BEFORE WE ARRIVE
Clear your possessions from surfaces, wardrobes and cabinets that need interior cleaning. Empty the kitchen storage, fridge and other booked appliances and take household rubbish away.
Water and power need to remain available. Allow for freezer defrosting where necessary and aim to finish removals or maintenance before the cleaning team arrives.
4 · ON ARRIVAL
At arrival, we look at the rooms and the areas you mentioned. Point out delicate finishes and damage already present so the method suits the property.
If something still blocks a surface or you want more work added, we talk it through first. We then clean through the rooms, finishing floors after the dusty and wet surface work.
5 · HOW WE CLEAN
Cooking can leave a fine greasy film as well as obvious splashes. We work over suitable cooking, splashback and extractor surfaces to loosen that residue, then remove it before finishing the area. Included empty cupboard interiors and booked oven interiors receive their own cleaning, with attention to corners and edges rather than the exterior alone. Worktops, sink and taps are cleaned too.
We deal with what water and toiletries leave on bathroom surfaces. Removable soap film and scale are treated appropriately, the toilet and sanitary ware are cleaned and reachable fittings receive attention. Glass and mirrors are wiped after cleaning to remove residue. We finish the floor afterwards and distinguish deposits from damaged grout, worn sealant or etched material.
Room work takes in the ledges and contact points as well as the broad surfaces: doors, handles, switches and skirting are cleaned before the final floors. We include the storage and internal window areas discussed in your quote. Vacuuming picks up the dust around carpets and floor edges, and suitable hard floors are mopped after the other cleaning is complete.
For furnished homes, let us know what belongs to the landlord and remains at handover. We can plan the hard-surface cleaning around those pieces.
Empty drawers and wardrobes that need wiping inside. Large furniture may limit access underneath, and sofas or chairs need a separate discussion if you want their fabric treated.
Request specialist carpet cleaning for the rooms or stairs that need it. Vacuuming is part of the room work; the carpet treatment option needs choosing when you book.
We can discuss upholstery and extra window work at the same time. Tell us the items, materials and access, and leave room in your schedule for relevant drying.
6 · COMPLETION AND KEYS
Before leaving, we check back over the cleaned spaces for residue and missed details. You or your representative can look through with us if attending.
