1 · YOUR FIRST CALL

The first call about your clean

Call 020 3404 6962. Tell us where the property is, its layout and when the handover takes place. Include separate rooms and additional bathrooms, and explain what furniture will be staying once your move is finished.

We ask which appliances need cleaning inside and whether any surfaces have heavy buildup. Share the landlord’s checklist and mention carpet or fabric treatment at the enquiry stage, so the quote can include the work you need.

2 · QUOTE AND BOOKING

A price for the service you need

Before you book, we explain the cleaning and the price. Check the listed appliance interiors, empty storage and any extra treatments. We discuss availability once the job is clear, keeping your actual checkout deadline in view.

We agree entry, unloading or parking details and any stairs or building instructions. Give us the day contact and key-return plan. You can arrange this through a representative if you will be busy elsewhere with the move.

GUIDE PRICES

End of tenancy cleaning prices

One-bedroom property: from £208 without carpet cleaning, or £238 with carpet cleaning.

These are starting prices for the property or room, rather than an hourly rate. Your total depends on the size and condition of the home and any extra work. We’ll confirm the price and what it includes before you book. Minimum charges and booking terms apply, appointments depend on availability, and any congestion charge is extra.

Tell us if you need the oven or other appliance interiors cleaned. We’ll explain the work included in your quote and whether an oven-cleaning offer applies.

3 · BEFORE WE ARRIVE

Clearing the rooms before cleaning

Finish clearing the rooms and take rubbish away. Cupboards and appliances included for interior cleaning should be empty, with personal items removed from shelves, worktops and bathroom fittings so the whole surface is reachable.

Keep water and electricity on until the visit is finished. Discuss fridge or freezer preparation before the appointment. If removals are delayed, contact us so we can review the plan with you before the cleaning team arrives.

4 · ON ARRIVAL

We review the home on arrival

We begin by checking the available rooms and the particular areas discussed when you booked. Show us sensitive finishes and existing damage. That gives us the information needed to use suitable methods on the surfaces in your home.

If another room has been added or interiors remain full, we talk through the difference before changing the work. The clean proceeds through accessible surfaces, leaving floors until the dusting and wet-area tasks above them are complete.

5 · HOW WE CLEAN

Cleaning from surfaces down to floors

Kitchen and appliances

An empty kitchen gives us room to deal with storage and cooking dirt together. We take loose debris out of cupboard corners before wiping the shelves, clean worktops and splashbacks and work on grease around the hob and extractor. The oven and other appliance interiors in your quote receive attention, with suitable removable parts cleaned. We wipe away loosened dirt and product residue before finishing the sink and fittings.

Bathrooms and toilets

We clean the basin, toilet, bath or shower and the fittings around them, working on soap film and removable scale. The finish underneath the deposit informs the product choice; stone needs different care from glazed ceramic. Mirrors and shower screens are cleaned once the buildup has been treated, and the floor follows after the fixture work.

Bedrooms, living rooms and floors

Our room clean takes in ledges, shelves, doors and touchpoints, following the skirting boards to the floor edges. The internal window areas included are cleaned while the room is being worked through. We vacuum carpets into the edges and mop suitable hard floors once the work above them is complete.

What happens with landlord furniture

Let us know which furniture belongs to the landlord. Clear the tops, shelves and drawers so the accessible hard surfaces included in the clean are ready for attention.

Describe heavy furniture or fitted appliances that block the areas behind them. We discuss reachable surfaces and any separate upholstery treatment before the appointment, when the work can be planned properly.

Add any extra treatments

For carpet cleaning, list the rooms and stairs and tell us about visible marks. We confirm the carpet option and discuss drying time before you set the property handover straight after the visit.

Request upholstery cleaning by item and fabric where known. Additional window cleaning needs the windows and access described so that work can be discussed and priced separately.

6 · COMPLETION AND KEYS

Our finishing check

We review the finished work for missed dust, marks and residue. If you are there at completion, we can walk through together and look at any cleaning point you raise while the team is still at the property.

Your keys are returned as planned. For a concern found later, send photos and booking information promptly so we can review it under the terms of your booking. Wear and damage may remain even after the dirt has been removed.

Questions about your Highbury end of tenancy clean

Can you clean inside the landlord’s wardrobe?

Discuss it when booking and remove belongings from the drawers and shelves. Empty storage lets us reach the interior surfaces rather than only the outside.

What if furniture prevents access to a skirting board?

Tell us about large or fixed items before the visit. We discuss what is reachable; heavy furniture should not be assumed movable as part of the clean.

How should I prepare the oven?

Tell us the type of cooker and remove food and personal items. We specify the oven work in your quote and discuss suitable removable parts as part of that service.

Can a relative hold the keys for the appointment?

Yes, arrange the entry and return with us and leave their contact details. We need someone reachable if a question comes up during the visit.

Is pet hair something I should mention when booking?

Yes, describe the affected areas and any carpet or fabric treatment you want. It helps us understand the condition of the home before quoting.

What if the moving date changes?

Contact us as soon as your plans change so we can review the appointment. Explain when the property will be clear and the new handover deadline.
