Include a wider view of the ground and anything beneath the roofline. Describe a narrow passage, lower roof, conservatory or overhead cable even if it is not shown clearly in the picture. A gutter can look straightforward from one angle while a wall or fragile covering prevents a suitable position below it.
Give the front and rear arrangements separately. If entry is through the home, explain that before the visit rather than expecting a direct outdoor route. No one needs to climb, lean out of a window or stand on a lower roof to improve the enquiry photographs. Safe views and a clear description are enough to begin the access discussion.
