1 · YOUR FIRST CALL
On the first call, give us the postcode and walk us through the layout. Include bathrooms, a separate WC, stairs and living areas as well as bedrooms so the whole job is discussed.
Tell us which appliances and furniture are staying. Mention substantial grease, soap deposits or pet hair, and share the agent’s cleaning list if one has been provided.
2 · QUOTE AND BOOKING
We explain the quotation and the tasks included before booking. Carpet cleaning, upholstery and additional window work should be discussed at this stage so you can choose the services you need.
Once the appointment is selected, we arrange entry and completion. Give us any building instructions and the details of whoever is meeting the team or receiving the keys afterwards.
GUIDE PRICES
One-bedroom property: from £208 without carpet cleaning, or £238 with carpet cleaning.
Two-bedroom property: from £245 without carpet cleaning, or £275 with carpet cleaning.
These are starting prices for the property or room, rather than an hourly rate. Your total depends on the size and condition of the home and any extra work. We’ll confirm the price and what it includes before you book. Minimum charges and booking terms apply, appointments depend on availability, and any congestion charge is extra.
Tell us if you need the oven or other appliance interiors cleaned. We’ll explain the work included in your quote and whether an oven-cleaning offer applies.
3 · BEFORE WE ARRIVE
Remove belongings and rubbish before cleaning day. Empty cupboard shelves, drawers and booked appliance interiors; even small items left on shelves can stop us cleaning the full surface.
Keep the power and water connected until we finish. Ask us how to prepare a fridge or freezer and arrange removals and dusty work before the clean wherever possible.
4 · ON ARRIVAL
We look through the home at arrival and check the cleaning tasks. Show us existing damage and any surfaces needing particular care before cleaning starts.
If the property has changed since the call, we discuss the difference with you. We clean surfaces and fittings first, then collect the loose dust and debris during vacuuming and floor cleaning.
5 · HOW WE CLEAN
The kitchen gets attention to cooking grease, food splashes and marks inside emptied storage. We clean suitable worktops, cupboard fronts, splashbacks, sink and taps, together with the appliance interiors included in your quotation, wiping away loosened dirt and product residue.
We clean the basin, toilet and bath or shower, working on removable soap and mineral buildup with products suited to the finish. Taps, screens and mirrors are wiped clean, followed by the bathroom floor.
Room cleaning covers ledges, shelving, door surfaces, handles and skirting boards, along with storage and internal window areas in the booking. We vacuum carpeted areas and floor edges and clean suitable hard flooring.
We clean the hard furniture surfaces included in furnished rooms, such as tables, shelves and empty cabinets. Pack personal items off them before cleaning day.
Tell us about beds, sofas and other furniture remaining for the landlord. Fabric treatments are separate, and large pieces can restrict access behind or underneath them.
For carpet cleaning, name the rooms and stairs and describe stains. The treatment and drying need discussing before your final property visit.
Ask about upholstery cleaning or additional window cleaning during your enquiry, with the item details and access available.
6 · COMPLETION AND KEYS
Before completing the visit, we look through the cleaned rooms for missed dirt and smears. If you attend, review the work with us and raise a particular cleaning point while the team is there.
We follow your instructions for returning keys. If a cleaning concern is noticed afterwards, send booking details and photographs of the affected area so we can review it under your booking terms.
Your postcode, layout, moving date and appliance list are useful. Add any checkout instructions or areas with substantial buildup.
Small items left inside stop the cleaner reaching the whole surface. Empty every shelf and drawer whose interior is included in your booking.
We discuss the pieces staying and the surfaces needing cleaning. Heavy or fixed items may limit access behind them.
Request its interior during the quotation and ask about preparation. Food needs removing and any defrosting considered before the appointment.
No, fabric treatment is separate work. Tell us about the sofas or chairs you need treated when discussing the service.
