1 · YOUR FIRST CALL

Room-by-room cleaning before the keys go back

Begin with the address, moving date and handover deadline. Tell us about every room needing cleaning, including additional washrooms and stairs, so the quote covers the whole property.

We ask what will be empty and which furniture belongs to the landlord. Mention the appliances you need cleaned inside and any specific tasks on your checkout list.

2 · QUOTE AND BOOKING

Your quote and appointment

The quotation explains the room cleaning and any treatments you choose. This is the time to discuss carpets, upholstery or extra windows rather than leaving those items assumed.

We arrange your appointment and entry instructions, including the person opening up. Decide where the keys should go afterwards and give us a number to reach during the visit.

GUIDE PRICES

End of tenancy cleaning prices

Two-bedroom property: from £245 without carpet cleaning, or £275 with carpet cleaning.
Three-bedroom property: from £307 without carpet cleaning, or £337 with carpet cleaning.

These are starting prices for the property or room, rather than an hourly rate. Your total depends on the size and condition of the home and any extra work. We’ll confirm the price and what it includes before you book. Minimum charges and booking terms apply, appointments depend on availability, and any congestion charge is extra.

Tell us if you need the oven or other appliance interiors cleaned. We’ll explain the work included in your quote and whether an oven-cleaning offer applies.

3 · BEFORE WE ARRIVE

Before the cleaners arrive

Clear the rooms after removals and empty cupboard shelves, drawers and appliances included in the work. Remove food, toiletries and rubbish so the surfaces are ready for the cleaners.

Keep electricity and water available. Ask about fridge or freezer preparation early, and let us know if repairs or a late removal collection will affect the appointment.

4 · ON ARRIVAL

A look through before we start

We start with a look through the home and the cleaning tasks discussed. Tell us about fragile fittings, existing damage and materials with specific care instructions.

If anything differs from the booking, we speak to you before changing the work. We then clean through the surfaces and fixtures before finishing the floors.

5 · HOW WE CLEAN

How we clean your home

Kitchen and appliances

In the kitchen we work on grease and food residue before wiping the cleaned surfaces clear. Worktops, splashbacks, sink fittings and cupboard fronts are covered, together with empty storage and the appliance interiors selected in your quote.

Bathrooms and toilets

We clean bathroom sanitaryware and fittings, working around the basin, toilet and bath or shower. Removable limescale and soap film are treated with suitable products; screens and mirrors are finished without leaving cleaning residue behind.

Bedrooms, living rooms and floors

Living spaces and bedrooms receive dusting and wiping of ledges, shelves, skirting boards, doors and handles. Internal window areas and storage included in the work are cleaned before vacuuming and suitable hard-floor cleaning.

If furniture is staying

Hard surfaces of landlord furniture can be included in the room clean, such as tables and emptied shelving. Pack personal items from them first.

Let us know which beds, cabinets and sofas remain. Fabric treatment and access around heavy or fixed items need considering separately when booking.

Carpets and other treatments

For carpet cleaning, tell us the rooms and stairs, material where known and any stains. Discuss drying before arranging the key return.

Request upholstery cleaning or further window cleaning with details of the items and access so these can be planned.

6 · COMPLETION AND KEYS

Checking the work and returning keys

The completion check looks back over the rooms for missed details. You or a representative can join us and raise a point about the cleaning while the team is still there.

We return the keys as instructed. If an issue is noticed later, send photographs and your booking information so we can review the cleaning concern and relevant terms.

Questions about your Bromley clean

Can you clean a separate WC as well?

Yes, describe every washroom during the enquiry. The complete bathroom and toilet count helps us discuss the work accurately.

Should I clear bathroom cabinets?

Empty the storage included in the clean and remove toiletries from around fixtures so the team can reach the surfaces.

Does carpet cleaning include stairs?

Tell us specifically which stairs need treatment. We explain the covered areas and option before booking rather than assuming them.

Can I send the landlord’s cleaning instructions?

Send them before your quote is finalised. We can discuss the tasks and identify any extra treatment or preparation involved.

What if furniture blocks a floor edge?

Tell us what remains in the room. Heavy or fixed furniture can limit access, so we discuss this before the visit.

Who gets the keys after cleaning?

You decide and give us the instructions beforehand. Name the person receiving them and provide a working contact number.
