1 · YOUR FIRST CALL

2 · QUOTE AND BOOKING

We need entry instructions and a named contact during the appointment. If your agent is opening up or collecting keys, arrange that with them and pass the instructions to us.
GUIDE PRICES
Two-bedroom property: from £245 without carpet cleaning, or £275 with carpet cleaning.
These are starting prices for the property or room, rather than an hourly rate. Your total depends on the size and condition of the home and any extra work. We’ll confirm the price and what it includes before you book. Minimum charges and booking terms apply, appointments depend on availability, and any congestion charge is extra.
Tell us if you need the oven or other appliance interiors cleaned. We’ll explain the work included in your quote and whether an oven-cleaning offer applies.
3 · BEFORE WE ARRIVE
Before the visit, remove your belongings and empty booked cupboard and appliance interiors. Take away household rubbish and leftover food, including the smaller items in drawers and on bathroom shelves.
Keep water and electricity available. Ask about preparing a fridge or freezer rather than leaving it to the day, and book after removals or dusty repairs wherever possible.
4 · ON ARRIVAL
We check the property on arrival and look at surfaces that need care. Please identify existing scratches, chips and fragile fittings so the starting condition is understood.
If the property is not ready as described, we discuss the impact with you. We then work through the rooms’ surfaces and fittings, collecting loose dirt before the floors are finished.
5 · HOW WE CLEAN
In the kitchen we clean the cooking area and worktops, lift grease from suitable splashbacks and wipe cupboard fronts and empty shelves. We clean sink fittings and booked appliance interiors, removing loosened food residue from the surfaces.
We clean the bathroom fixtures and work on removable deposits around taps and screens. We choose the limescale treatment for the surface; the bath or shower, toilet and basin are cleaned before mirrors, fittings and floors are finished.
For bedrooms and living rooms, we clean accessible shelves, doors, skirting boards and handles, together with storage and internal window areas in your booking. We vacuum carpets and pay attention to floor edges before cleaning suitable hard surfaces.
We clean hard furniture surfaces included in furnished rooms, with shelves and storage emptied first. Move personal items off tables and other surfaces before the appointment.
List the landlord’s beds, sofas and cabinets during booking. Upholstery treatments need discussing separately, as does access around large or fixed pieces.
Request carpet cleaning for the rooms and stairs you need treated. We can discuss the stains and drying arrangements with the quote.
Tell us about any upholstery cleaning or extra window cleaning too, including the items, material where known and access.
6 · COMPLETION AND KEYS
The final check revisits the areas cleaned, including the details you mentioned during the call. If you can attend, review the rooms with us before the keys are handed over.
Completion follows the arrangement made with you. Send clear photographs and booking details if a cleaning concern is raised later, allowing us to review that item under the relevant terms.
We clean the areas available during the visit. Tell us what is being removed and leave the rooms clear beforehand.
Take it away before the cleaners arrive. Rubbish removal and clearing belongings are part of preparing the home for its booked cleaning.
