2 · QUOTE AND BOOKING
We explain the cleaning covered by your quote and answer questions about inclusions. You can check the oven, empty storage and carpet option before agreeing the visit.
Then we arrange who opens the door and how keys are returned. You can leave a representative in charge, provided we have a reliable contact while the work is underway.
GUIDE PRICES
Two-bedroom property: from £245 without carpet cleaning, or £275 with carpet cleaning.
Three-bedroom property: from £307 without carpet cleaning, or £337 with carpet cleaning.
These are starting prices for the property or room, rather than an hourly rate. Your total depends on the size and condition of the home and any extra work. We’ll confirm the price and what it includes before you book. Minimum charges and booking terms apply, appointments depend on availability, and any congestion charge is extra.

3 · BEFORE WE ARRIVE
Clear belongings and rubbish before the appointment. Empty the kitchen and bathroom storage in your booking and leave the rooms ready, rather than still being packed.
Water and electricity should stay connected. Prepare booked appliance interiors, including any freezer defrosting needed, and finish dusty maintenance before cleaning day.
4 · ON ARRIVAL
We walk through first to see the condition and check the points you raised. Show the team sensitive finishes and damage already present in the property.
If there is a change in the work or access, we discuss it with you. We then clean surfaces and fittings before moving on to the final floors.
5 · HOW WE CLEAN
In the kitchen, we deal with greasy deposits before the finishing wipe. Suitable hob, splashback and extractor surfaces are cleaned, together with worktops and the sink area. We wipe empty cupboards included in the quote and clean booked oven or appliance interiors, removing loosened dirt rather than leaving it around shelf edges or seals.
We pay attention to how bathroom deposits sit around fittings as well as on the broad surfaces. The basin, toilet and bath or shower are cleaned, suitable soap film and scale treated and glass and mirrors finished. Surface type matters: a method suitable for a ceramic basin may not suit the stone beside it.
The rooms are cleaned through shelves, ledges, door furniture and skirting, with included storage and internal window areas. Dust is collected before the floors are finished. We vacuum carpets and floor edges, then mop suitable hard flooring, taking care with finishes that should not be left wet.
Tell us if beds, tables or wardrobes remain at handover. We can include the reachable hard surfaces and empty storage in the cleaning you book.
Remove your own contents from furniture that stays. Heavy pieces can limit access underneath, and fabric cleaning should be requested separately for sofas, chairs or other upholstered items.
If carpets need treatment beyond vacuuming, tell us each room and stair area. We discuss the service option and drying so the handover is planned realistically.
Additional windows or upholstery can be quoted with the visit. Describe the material and access, and mention stains or problem areas during the enquiry.
6 · COMPLETION AND KEYS
At the finish, we check the areas cleaned for residue, missed dust and smears. If you attend, walk through with the team and show us anything needing another look.
We return keys as arranged. Any concern noticed later should be reported with photographs, the exact location and booking details for review under the booking terms.
Tell us the full bathroom and toilet count when enquiring. The work needs to reflect the actual property, not just its bedrooms.
Include it in the room description if you want it cleaned. Extra spaces should be discussed before booking.
Removable deposits can be treated where the material allows. Existing etching, corrosion or damaged finishes need a different remedy.
Clear them from surfaces and storage you want cleaned. That lets us reach edges and fittings without working around possessions.
