2 · QUOTE AND BOOKING
We talk through the cleaning included in your quote before booking. Check the oven, cupboards and selected carpet option, and ask about any additional work at this stage.
We arrange an available appointment and how to get in. Give us a reachable contact during the clean and tell us who should receive the keys afterwards.
GUIDE PRICES
Two-bedroom property: from £245 without carpet cleaning, or £275 with carpet cleaning.
Three-bedroom property: from £307 without carpet cleaning, or £337 with carpet cleaning.
These are starting prices for the property or room, rather than an hourly rate. Your total depends on the size and condition of the home and any extra work. We’ll confirm the price and what it includes before you book. Minimum charges and booking terms apply, appointments depend on availability, and any congestion charge is extra.

3 · BEFORE WE ARRIVE
Have belongings and rubbish removed before the visit. Empty the storage and appliances you want cleaned inside and leave a clear route through each room.
Keep water and power available until the work is finished. Prepare a booked freezer in advance, allowing for necessary defrosting, and complete dusty repairs before cleaning day.
4 · ON ARRIVAL
We begin by looking through the property and checking the areas you have highlighted. Please point out delicate surfaces and damage already present before the team starts.
If something differs from the booking, we discuss the changed work first. We then clean surfaces and fittings before the final vacuuming and mopping.
5 · HOW WE CLEAN
Kitchen cleaning is about removing deposits, not covering them with a shine. We tackle suitable grease on cooking and splashback surfaces and accessible extractor areas, wipe booked empty cupboards and clean preparation surfaces. Oven work follows the appliance details in your quote; loosened residue is removed before the sink, taps and surrounding surfaces are finished.
In the bathrooms, we clean the toilet, basin and bath or shower, including reachable fittings and edges. Soap film and removable scale need treatment suited to the material. We clean mirrors and glass after the deposits are dealt with, wipe taps and finish the floor without treating damaged finishes as removable dirt.
Across bedrooms and living areas, we collect dust from reachable shelves, ledges and skirting and wipe doors, handles and switches. Internal window areas and empty storage in the booking are cleaned. Vacuuming reaches carpeted areas and floor edges before suitable hard surfaces are mopped, keeping the floor work until other room cleaning is complete.
For furnished properties, list the furniture staying behind. We can include reachable hard surfaces and empty storage rather than assuming the home will be completely vacant.
Clear your own possessions from the pieces being cleaned. Heavy furniture can block access, while fabric treatment for sofas and chairs needs its own booking discussion.
If carpets need specialist treatment, tell us the exact rooms and stairs and describe any stains. We explain the carpet option and drying before you settle the final handover time.
Extra windows and upholstered items can be discussed with the quote. We need the item details, materials and access to plan that additional work properly.
6 · COMPLETION AND KEYS
Before finishing, we check through the areas cleaned for missed dust and residue. If you attend, walk through with the team and point to a cleaning detail you would like checked again.
Keys follow the instructions arranged with you. Send any later concern with photographs, its location and booking details so we can review it under the terms of your booking.
