1 · YOUR FIRST CALL

We then ask about the appliances, furniture and surfaces. If there are rooms you are worried about, describe the buildup or send photographs. A landlord’s checklist can help us cover their stated cleaning requests.
2 · QUOTE AND BOOKING
We run through the price and the work it covers before you book. Oven interiors and any carpet or furniture treatment need to be discussed explicitly, along with any additional areas you want cleaned.
The appointment includes practical arrangements for entry and completion. Let us know who will be meeting the team and where the keys should go when the cleaning is done.
GUIDE PRICES
Two-bedroom property: from £245 without carpet cleaning, or £275 with carpet cleaning.
Three-bedroom property: from £307 without carpet cleaning, or £337 with carpet cleaning.
These are starting prices for the property or room, rather than an hourly rate. Your total depends on the size and condition of the home and any extra work. We’ll confirm the price and what it includes before you book. Minimum charges and booking terms apply, appointments depend on availability, and any congestion charge is extra.
Tell us if you need the oven or other appliance interiors cleaned. We’ll explain the work included in your quote and whether an oven-cleaning offer applies.
3 · BEFORE WE ARRIVE
Once packing is finished, empty the cupboards and appliances included in the work. Remove food and rubbish and clear space around fixtures so the cleaners can reach the surfaces.
Leave the electricity and water available until the visit ends. Tell us about any work still happening in the property, and ask in advance about defrosting a freezer if its interior is being cleaned.
4 · ON ARRIVAL
At arrival, we check the property and note any material needing special care. Point out damage and delicate finishes so we can choose cleaning methods with the starting condition in mind.
We discuss any difference from the booking before taking on changed work. Surface cleaning comes first; vacuuming and hard-floor cleaning follow once the dust and debris from above have been dealt with.
5 · HOW WE CLEAN
Kitchen cleaning covers greasy hob areas, food splashes on cupboard fronts and the worktops, sink and accessible splashbacks. Inside booked appliances and emptied storage, we clean suitable surfaces and wipe away loosened deposits.
We clean the bath or shower, basin and toilet, paying attention to accessible rims, fittings and edges. Suitable treatment removes soap film and removable mineral buildup; glass, mirrors and taps are then wiped clean.
In living rooms and bedrooms we dust accessible shelves and ledges and wipe doors, handles and skirtings. We include the storage and internal window areas on the checklist, then vacuum carpeting and clean appropriate hard flooring.
We clean the hard surfaces of furniture included in a furnished-property visit. Empty shelves and storage and remove personal items from tables before we arrive.
List the pieces staying with the landlord. Fabrics need their own treatment discussion, while heavy furniture may restrict the surfaces that can be reached.
If you need carpet cleaning, give us the room list and describe stains. Drying time should be considered before fixing checkout arrangements.
We can discuss upholstery cleaning and additional window cleaning too. Explain what needs attention and the access available.
6 · COMPLETION AND KEYS
The final look through the property checks for missed cleaning and residue. You can review the rooms with us if you are attending, including the particular concerns you mentioned when booking.
When you cannot be present, make the completion contact and key arrangements clear beforehand. Report a later cleaning concern with photographs and your booking details so we can examine it under the relevant terms.
Tell us the specific areas during booking and show them at arrival. We can look at those tasks again during completion.
Include all rooms needing cleaning, extra bathrooms and stairs. The layout matters as well as the number of bedrooms.
Tell us about the material and any care instructions before booking. Bathroom products need to suit the finish.
It also needs the preparation discussed with us, including defrosting where relevant. Ask in advance rather than leaving it until arrival.
Exterior or additional window work needs a separate discussion about scope and safe access. Mention it when enquiring.
Give us the agent’s instructions and contact before the appointment. We follow the key arrangement made with you.
