Cleaner working in a kitchen after belongings have been removed

1 · YOUR FIRST CALL

Leave the cleaning to us when you move out

Tell us the property address, how many rooms need cleaning and when the keys are due back. We ask about bathrooms, stairs and furniture so we can quote for the home you are leaving.

If the oven needs attention or the shower screen has heavy deposits, mention it now. Send over any cleaning instructions from your agent so we can discuss the tasks before booking.

2 · QUOTE AND BOOKING

Your quote and appointment

We explain what the price covers, including the appliances and any extra treatments you choose. This gives you a clear picture of the work before you decide on an appointment.

Next we sort out the practical details: who will open the door, how we enter the building and where the keys go afterwards. You can arrange for someone else to meet us.

GUIDE PRICES

End of tenancy cleaning prices

Two-bedroom property: from £245 without carpet cleaning, or £275 with carpet cleaning.

These are starting prices for the property or room, rather than an hourly rate. Your total depends on the size and condition of the home and any extra work. We’ll confirm the price and what it includes before you book. Minimum charges and booking terms apply, appointments depend on availability, and any congestion charge is extra.

Tell us if you need the oven or other appliance interiors cleaned. We’ll explain the work included in your quote and whether an oven-cleaning offer applies.

3 · BEFORE WE ARRIVE

Before the cleaners arrive

Once your belongings are packed, empty the cupboards, bathroom storage and appliances being cleaned. Remove food and rubbish, and ask us how to prepare the fridge or freezer before the appointment.

Book the visit after removals and any dusty repairs. Leave water and electricity on so we can work, and let us know if boxes or furniture collections will still be in progress.

4 · ON ARRIVAL

A look through before we start

We start by looking through the rooms and checking the tasks discussed when you booked. Show us any delicate finishes, damaged fittings or areas you particularly want us to see.

If something has changed since the call, we talk it through before starting that work. We then clean the accessible surfaces and fixtures before finishing the floors.

5 · HOW WE CLEAN

How we clean your home

Kitchen and appliances

In the kitchen we loosen cooking grease, wipe worktops and splashbacks, and clean the sink and taps. Empty cupboard shelves and booked appliance interiors receive attention too, including accessible corners and suitable removable parts.

Bathrooms and toilets

We wash away bathroom grime and soap film, treat removable limescale on suitable materials and clean the toilet, basin and bath or shower. Mirrors, screens and taps are finished before the floor.

Bedrooms, living rooms and floors

Throughout the other rooms, we dust ledges and shelves, wipe doors, handles and skirting boards and clean the internal window areas covered by the booking. We vacuum carpet edges and clean suitable hard floors.

If furniture is staying

Furniture staying behind can have its hard surfaces cleaned, including shelves and tables. Empty its storage and pack personal items first.

We discuss fabric treatments separately. Let us know about heavy beds or cabinets that might block access during the room clean.

Carpets and other treatments

Add carpet cleaning by naming the rooms and stairs when you call. We will discuss stains and drying before you book.

For upholstery cleaning or extra window cleaning, list the items and available access so we can arrange the work.

6 · COMPLETION AND KEYS

Checking the work and returning keys

Before finishing, we look back through the cleaned rooms for missed marks and residue. If you are there, have a look with us and point out anything about the cleaning that needs attention.

We complete the visit using your key-return instructions. If a cleaning concern comes up later, send us photographs and the booking details so we can review the area under the booking terms.

Questions about your Twickenham clean

Can you clean after the removal van leaves?

That is the best order to discuss. Tell us when the rooms will be clear and when your handover is due.

Do I have to stay all day?

You can arrange someone to open up and collect keys. Leave a contact for questions during the clean.

Which cupboards should I empty?

Empty the interiors included in your booking, including shelves and drawers. Leave no food or personal items on those surfaces.

Are stains on carpets dealt with automatically?

Discuss specialist carpet work when requesting the quote. Tell us about stains so we can explain treatment without promising every mark will disappear.

What about a fridge that is still running?

Ask about preparation before its interior clean. Food needs removing and any defrosting must be considered ahead of the visit.

When can I look at the finished rooms?

Arrange to return at completion. We can then look through the cleaning together before the key handover.
