1 · YOUR FIRST CALL

2 · QUOTE AND BOOKING
We explain the quotation and its inclusions, including storage interiors, oven work and the carpet option. Ask about additional treatment before the appointment is arranged.
We then agree who provides access and who is available for questions. Key return is planned with you too, so you can nominate a representative if you have already moved.
GUIDE PRICES
One-bedroom property: from £208 without carpet cleaning, or £238 with carpet cleaning.
Two-bedroom property: from £245 without carpet cleaning, or £275 with carpet cleaning.
These are starting prices for the property or room, rather than an hourly rate. Your total depends on the size and condition of the home and any extra work. We’ll confirm the price and what it includes before you book. Minimum charges and booking terms apply, appointments depend on availability, and any congestion charge is extra.
Tell us if you need the oven or other appliance interiors cleaned. We’ll explain the work included in your quote and whether an oven-cleaning offer applies.
3 · BEFORE WE ARRIVE
Empty the cupboards, wardrobes and drawers included in the clean. Remove loose belongings and rubbish from the home so the team can reach shelves and floor edges.
Keep electricity and water working. Prepare booked appliance interiors by removing food and allowing for any necessary freezer defrosting before the visit, following the appliance instructions.
4 · ON ARRIVAL
We start with a walkthrough to check the property and your requests. Show us damage already present and finishes that need special care before we begin.
If a storage area remains full or the work has changed, we discuss it first. The clean then moves through surfaces and fittings before the final floors.
5 · HOW WE CLEAN
Inside a kitchen cupboard, the shelf edge and back corner can need as much attention as the door. We clean the empty interiors in your booking, then work through the preparation and cooking surfaces. Suitable grease is loosened and wiped away, booked oven interiors cleaned and the worktops, sink and taps finished without leaving product residue behind.
In bathrooms, we clean around the toilet, basin and bath or shower and treat removable soap and scale deposits appropriately. We pay attention to what the surface can tolerate rather than reaching for the strongest product. Glass, mirrors and fittings are cleaned, then the floor is finished after the other bathroom work.
Room cleaning follows the dust revealed by the move: reachable shelves and ledges, door surfaces, handles, switches and skirting. We clean included internal window areas and storage, then vacuum carpets and reachable margins. Suitable hard floors are mopped after the surface work so loose dirt is collected at the end.
If furniture remains, list it when enquiring and tell us which storage will be empty. We can include reachable hard surfaces in the work you book.
Heavy pieces may restrict access underneath, so discuss those areas before moving anything. Fabric cleaning for a sofa or upholstered chair needs a separate treatment.
Carpet cleaning beyond vacuuming can be requested for named rooms and stairs. Tell us about marks and known material details so we can discuss the option and drying.
For extra windows or upholstery, describe the item and access during the enquiry. We explain the additional work and include it in the quotation where requested.
6 · COMPLETION AND KEYS
We check the cleaned areas before finishing, looking for missed dust, smears and residue. If you attend, walk through the rooms with us and identify any particular cleaning detail to revisit.
We return the keys as arranged. Later concerns need clear photos, an exact location and booking details so they can be reviewed under the terms of your booking.
Empty the interiors booked for cleaning, including the last food packets and household items. Clear shelves let us reach their surfaces and corners.
Describe any extra storage you want cleaned. It needs to be part of the work discussed and clear enough to reach.
Remove unwanted belongings yourself before the visit. The cleaning team should not have to decide what you intend to keep.
Tell us which interiors you need when requesting your quote. Their contents should be removed before arrival.
