END OF TENANCY CLEANING · ISLINGTON

End of Tenancy Cleaning Islington

You do not have to guess what an end of tenancy clean involves. For your Islington property, we explain the room and appliance work on the phone, quote for that service and arrange the visit, then clean through the available areas and check them before leaving.

  • Cleaning tasks and price agreed before booking
  • Kitchen, bathroom and room-by-room cleaning
  • Access and key handover arranged with you

Tell us your moving date and what needs cleaning.

1 · YOUR FIRST CALL

Tell us about the rental you are leaving

Call 020 3404 6962. Start with your postcode, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and the handover date. Add any other rooms needing attention and tell us whether furniture and appliances will remain once your belongings have gone.

If there is a checkout checklist, share it while we discuss the job. Mention any particularly greasy cooking area, scaled shower or carpet-treatment request. Those details help us understand the cleaning you actually need.

2 · QUOTE AND BOOKING

Book with a clear cleaning list

We go through the work and price with you before booking. Check the cupboard and appliance interiors included, and identify carpets or upholstery that need separate treatment. We then discuss the available appointment against your moving timetable.

We settle entry and key return at the same time. Tell us about parking or unloading, stairs, entry codes and the person meeting the team. If you are elsewhere, leave a contact who can answer the phone during the visit.

GUIDE PRICES

End of tenancy cleaning prices

Studio: from £110 without carpet cleaning, or £140 with carpet cleaning.

These are starting prices for the property or room, rather than an hourly rate. Your total depends on the size and condition of the home and any extra work. We’ll confirm the price and what it includes before you book. Minimum charges and booking terms apply, appointments depend on availability, and any congestion charge is extra.

Tell us if you need the oven or other appliance interiors cleaned. We’ll explain the work included in your quote and whether an oven-cleaning offer applies.

3 · BEFORE WE ARRIVE

Prepare the property for our visit

Remove personal belongings and rubbish and clear the room surfaces. Empty booked cupboards, drawers and appliance interiors. You can leave the cleaning to us; the preparation we need is room to reach the surfaces properly.

Leave electricity and water connected. Discuss any freezer defrosting beforehand, and tell us if removal or repair plans change. That lets us review the visit while there is still time to sort out the access.

4 · ON ARRIVAL

A look around at the start

At the start, we look at the rooms and the areas mentioned in the enquiry. Point out any damaged fittings or surfaces requiring special care. We check what is accessible before applying cleaning products or working through interiors.

If the property has changed from your description, we discuss any different work first. We then clean accessible surfaces before the last floor pass, so dusting and kitchen or bathroom work do not undo the floor finish.

5 · HOW WE CLEAN

How we work through your home

Kitchen and appliances

We work through kitchen grease and food residue before giving the room its final wipe. That means cleaning suitable worktops, splashbacks and hob surroundings, attending to reachable extractor surfaces and wiping empty cupboards inside. The appliance interiors in your quote are cleaned, including suitable removable parts. Loosened deposits and cleaning residue are removed, with the sink and taps finished after the dirtier cooking-area work.

Bathrooms and toilets

Bathroom cleaning covers the toilet, basin, bath or shower and surrounding fittings, including edges that collect soap residue. We work on removable scale only with treatment appropriate to the material. Once the deposits are addressed, we clean screens and mirrors and look at the glass finish. The floor is finished last.

Bedrooms, living rooms and floors

We clean the room surfaces a normal occupied-home clean can struggle to reach: emptied shelving, ledges and the skirting around cleared corners. Doors, handles and switches are wiped and included internal window areas cleaned. We vacuum carpets and edges after the dusting, then mop suitable hard flooring at the end. Belongings removed from shelves give us the chance to clean their full surface.

If the home is furnished

For furnished properties, identify the items belonging to the tenancy. We clean booked accessible hard surfaces, so leave drawers, shelves and table tops clear for the visit.

Tell us about fitted units and heavy furniture that restrict access. Fabric treatment for chairs or sofas needs a separate discussion, rather than being assumed part of wiping the furniture’s hard surfaces.

Carpet and fabric cleaning options

List each room or staircase needing carpet cleaning. We discuss noticeable marks, your chosen carpet option and drying time so you can plan the inspection sensibly.

For upholstery cleaning, tell us the items and fabric information you have. Additional window cleaning also needs a clear list of windows and workable access arranged in advance.

6 · COMPLETION AND KEYS

Checking the work and returning access

We finish with a check back over the cleaning for remaining dust, marks or residue. If you can attend, walk through with the team and show us any detail you would like looked at before departure.

We return the keys according to your instructions. If something needs review afterwards, contact us promptly with photos and booking details under your terms. Cleaning addresses dirt and deposits; it cannot repair a worn surface or decide a deposit return.

Questions about your Islington end of tenancy clean

Can you clean a furnished rental?

Tell us which furniture stays and clear its shelves, drawers and tops. We discuss the hard furniture surfaces included, with fabric treatment requested separately if needed.

Does my quote need to list the appliances?

Tell us which appliance interiors you want cleaned and the cooker type. We explain the included work so the kitchen service is clear before booking.

Can I leave packed boxes in the rooms?

Remove them wherever possible before the clean. Boxes block floor edges and other surfaces and may prevent access to areas you want cleaned.

Do carpets need drying time after treatment?

Discuss drying when requesting carpet cleaning and give us the inspection deadline. Do not assume a treated carpet will be ready for immediate checkout without that conversation.

Should I keep water connected after moving out?

Yes, keep water and electricity available until the cleaning is complete. Tell us before the appointment if either supply is being disconnected.

How are later cleaning concerns reviewed?

Contact us promptly with the booking details, affected area and photos. We review the concern against the cleaning booked and its reporting terms.
