1 · YOUR FIRST CALL
Call 020 3404 6962. Tell us your postcode, how many rooms there are and when you are handing the property back. We will ask what furniture is staying and whether you need the clean before a particular inspection time.
Now tell us what needs attention. A cooker used every day, an extra shower room or cupboards that need cleaning inside all belong in the conversation. Send over your checkout checklist if you have one.
2 · QUOTE AND BOOKING
We talk you through the cleaning and give you a quote for the property you describe. Appliance interiors, carpets and any upholstery work are discussed here, so you know what you are booking before choosing an appointment.
We also sort out the practicalities: who lets us in, where we can unload, and who gets the keys at the end. You can use an agent or another contact if you have already moved.
GUIDE PRICES
One-bedroom property: from £208 without carpet cleaning, or £238 with carpet cleaning.
Two-bedroom property: from £245 without carpet cleaning, or £275 with carpet cleaning.
These are starting prices for the property or room, rather than an hourly rate. Your total depends on the size and condition of the home and any extra work. We’ll confirm the price and what it includes before you book. Minimum charges and booking terms apply, appointments depend on availability, and any congestion charge is extra.
Tell us if you need the oven or other appliance interiors cleaned. We’ll explain the work included in your quote and whether an oven-cleaning offer applies.
3 · BEFORE WE ARRIVE
Please leave the rooms clear, remove rubbish and empty the cupboards and appliances we are cleaning inside. You do not need to clean them first; we need access to the shelves, corners and surfaces.
Keep water and electricity connected until we finish. Ask us about preparing the fridge or freezer in advance. If your removal date changes, get in touch so we can look at the appointment with you.
4 · ON ARRIVAL
When we arrive, we look through the property and check the tasks discussed when you booked. Show us any delicate finish or existing damage, and point out the areas you particularly wanted us to see.
Once the work is clear, we get on with the accessible interiors and room surfaces. If something has changed since booking, we talk to you first. Floors come last, after the cleaning above them is finished.
5 · HOW WE CLEAN
The kitchen clean includes the places left bare after the food and packing are gone. We remove crumbs from empty cupboards before wiping the shelves and corners, then clean the fronts. Around the cooker, we work on grease across suitable hob, splashback and extractor surfaces and clean the worktops. The appliance interiors in your quote receive attention, including suitable removable parts, before we finish the sink and taps.
We clean the toilet, basin, bath or shower and the surrounding fittings. Soap film and removable scale are dealt with before the final wipe of screens and taps. Products need to suit the material, especially around stone. We clean mirrors, check the glass finish and complete the bathroom with its floor.
We work around each room from the surfaces down to the floor. Shelves and ledges are dusted, doors and touchpoints wiped and skirting boards cleaned. The internal window areas in your booking are attended to before the floors. We vacuum carpeted areas and edges, and mop suitable hard flooring after the higher surfaces are finished.
If the flat or house is furnished, tell us which pieces are staying. Clear the tables, shelves and storage so we can clean the accessible hard surfaces included in your booking.
Let us know about heavy furniture or fitted units that block access. We discuss what can be reached beforehand; fabric cleaning for a sofa or chair is arranged separately.
Need carpet cleaning as well? List the rooms and stairs, mention noticeable marks and ask us to include the option you need. We will discuss drying before handover.
You can request upholstery cleaning by item, with fabric details if known. Additional window cleaning needs its own area list and access arrangements, which we discuss before the visit.
6 · COMPLETION AND KEYS
Before we leave, we look back over the cleaning for missed dust, marks or streaks. If you meet us at the end, walk through the property and show us anything you would like checked.
We return the keys as arranged. If a cleaning concern appears later, send us photos and your booking details promptly so we can review it under your booking terms. Existing wear and damage cannot be removed by cleaning.
No preliminary clean is needed. Remove belongings and rubbish and empty the interiors being cleaned so we can get to the surfaces.
Contact us to discuss the work and availability. We will need the appointment and handover details settled before arranging the visit, so tell us when your plans change.
Kitchen cleaning includes attention to reachable extractor surfaces as discussed in the service. We work on grease with suitable products and wipe away the loosened residue.
Tell us it is staying and clear belongings around it. If its fabric needs treatment, request upholstery cleaning separately rather than assuming the furnished-room clean includes it.
Leave electricity and water available until the clean is finished. Tell us in advance if either supply is due to be disconnected.
Not if another arrangement is settled with us. Give us the named contact or key-return instructions before the appointment.
