End of Tenancy Cleaning Ruislip

Leave the end of tenancy cleaning to us once you have finished moving out. For your Ruislip property, we clean the kitchen, bathrooms and other rooms you book, including the interiors discussed in your quote, before checking the finished work and returning the keys as arranged.

  • Cleaning tasks and price agreed before booking
  • Kitchen, bathroom and room-by-room cleaning
  • Access and key handover arranged with you

Tell us your moving date and what needs cleaning.

1 · YOUR FIRST CALL

Tell us about the property and your move

Call 020 3404 6962. Tell us your postcode, the layout of the home and when you need to hand it back. Include separate rooms and bathrooms and explain whether furniture will remain, so we understand more than just the bedroom count.

We ask about the appliances and the condition of the kitchen and bathrooms. Share your checkout instructions and mention any carpet or upholstery treatment you want considered, including rooms or stairs needing particular attention.

2 · QUOTE AND BOOKING

Your quote before booking

We explain the cleaning and the quoted price before booking. Check the cupboard and appliance interiors and any extra treatment you need, then discuss the available appointment with your handover deadline in mind.

We settle access with you, including who opens the door, where to unload and any entry instructions. If you will be elsewhere, leave a contact for the day and tell us how to return the keys after cleaning.

GUIDE PRICES

End of tenancy cleaning prices

Two-bedroom property: from £245 without carpet cleaning, or £275 with carpet cleaning.

These are starting prices for the property or room, rather than an hourly rate. Your total depends on the size and condition of the home and any extra work. We’ll confirm the price and what it includes before you book. Minimum charges and booking terms apply, appointments depend on availability, and any congestion charge is extra.

Tell us if you need the oven or other appliance interiors cleaned. We’ll explain the work included in your quote and whether an oven-cleaning offer applies.

3 · BEFORE WE ARRIVE

A clear home for our arrival

Remove rubbish and personal belongings and clear the room surfaces. Empty the cupboards and appliances being cleaned inside, and take toiletries away from bathroom fittings so we can reach the surfaces they normally cover.

Leave the power and water on until the visit is complete. Ask us about freezer preparation beforehand and let us know if removals or repairs change the plan, so we can review the appointment before arrival.

4 · ON ARRIVAL

Checking the rooms before we begin

We look through the rooms at the start and revisit any cleaning concerns mentioned on the phone. Point out sensitive finishes, loose fittings and existing damage before work begins so suitable methods can be chosen.

If the property differs from the booking, we discuss any changed work first. We then clean interiors and room surfaces before the final floor pass, leaving vacuuming and mopping until the dusting and wet work have finished.

5 · HOW WE CLEAN

From kitchen interiors to room edges

Kitchen and appliances

We clean the kitchen’s cooking and storage areas, removing loose debris from empty cupboards before wiping their shelves and corners. Worktops, splashbacks and suitable hob and extractor surfaces receive attention for grease and food residue. We work through the appliance interiors in your quote and suitable removable parts, then remove the loosened deposits and product traces before finishing the sink and taps.

Bathrooms and toilets

We clean the toilet, basin, bath or shower and the fittings around them, treating soap film and removable scale where the material allows. Glass and mirrors are cleaned after deposit removal so the final finish can be checked for streaks. We finish the floor after the fixtures. Sensitive materials need compatible products throughout.

Bedrooms, living rooms and floors

We dust shelves and ledges and wipe doors, handles, switches and skirting boards, including the room edges exposed by moving out. The internal window areas included receive attention before the floor finish. We vacuum carpets into their edges once the dusting is done and mop suitable hard floors after the other surfaces are finished. Empty rooms make those corners easier to clean than rooms still holding moving boxes.

Furniture included in the clean

Tell us about furniture staying with the tenancy. We clean the hard surfaces included in your booking once drawers, shelves and table tops have been cleared of personal belongings.

Heavy furniture and fitted appliances may restrict access behind or underneath them. Discuss those areas before the appointment and ask separately about fabric treatment for any sofas or chairs needing work.

Extra treatments you may need

For carpet cleaning, list the rooms and stairs involved and describe visible marks. We confirm your chosen option and discuss drying time before you arrange the final property inspection.

Add upholstery cleaning by item and fabric details where known. Extra window cleaning needs the windows and access discussed before that work is included in your plans.

6 · COMPLETION AND KEYS

A check before returning the keys

Before departure, we review the clean for missed dust, marks and residue. If you meet the team at completion, walk through the rooms and point out any particular cleaning detail you would like checked.

The keys go back as planned with you. If a cleaning concern is noticed later, send photos and your booking details promptly so we can review it under the terms of your service.

Questions about your Ruislip end of tenancy clean

Do I need to list a separate toilet or extra room?

Yes, include every area needing cleaning. The full layout, condition and contents help us discuss the service and price accurately.

Can you clean while some cupboards remain full?

Empty the interiors you want cleaned before arrival. Belongings restrict access, so a full cupboard cannot receive the same interior work as an empty one.

Should I switch off utilities when I move?

Keep water and electricity available until cleaning is finished. Tell us before the appointment if either supply is due to be disconnected.

What is included for a furnished room?

We discuss its hard furniture surfaces as part of the booking. Identify what stays, clear shelves and drawers and request fabric treatment separately where needed.

How should I describe carpet stains?

Tell us the affected areas, the cause if known and the material if you know it. We can discuss treatment without promising to remove every mark or discolouration.

What if I cannot return after moving away?

Arrange entry, a reachable contact and key return with us beforehand. You can use a representative rather than attend the whole cleaning visit yourself.

Arrange your Ruislip handover cleaning
