1 · YOUR FIRST CALL
We first ask where the property is and when you need it ready. Give us the bedrooms, bathrooms and other spaces, including hallways and stairs within the home.
Next, tell us what the rooms look like now. Heavy grease, bathroom deposits, pet hair and remaining furniture are useful details, as are any specific cleaning requests from your landlord or agent.
2 · QUOTE AND BOOKING
We explain the cleaning price for the work discussed and identify any additional services. Check the appliance interiors and carpet option before booking so the visit covers what you expect.
We also arrange the person opening the property and the way we return keys. Supply any building entry instructions and a contact who can answer a question while the cleaners are working.
GUIDE PRICES
Two-bedroom property: from £245 without carpet cleaning, or £275 with carpet cleaning.
Three-bedroom property: from £307 without carpet cleaning, or £337 with carpet cleaning.
These are starting prices for the property or room, rather than an hourly rate. Your total depends on the size and condition of the home and any extra work. We’ll confirm the price and what it includes before you book. Minimum charges and booking terms apply, appointments depend on availability, and any congestion charge is extra.
Tell us if you need the oven or other appliance interiors cleaned. We’ll explain the work included in your quote and whether an oven-cleaning offer applies.
3 · BEFORE WE ARRIVE
Clear the rooms after removals and empty booked cupboards and appliances. Take away rubbish and leftover food. The less personal storage left on shelves, the more of the booked surface we can reach.
Keep water and power connected for the visit. Discuss fridge or freezer preparation in advance, and avoid arranging a dusty repair after cleaning if the property is being handed over straight away.
4 · ON ARRIVAL
On arrival, we check the rooms and the main tasks with your booking. Show us delicate materials, damaged areas and anything requiring a little explanation before products are used.
If cupboards are still full or the room list has changed, we discuss the situation before changing the work. We clean accessible fixtures and surfaces first, with floors finished afterwards.
5 · HOW WE CLEAN
In the kitchen we clean the hob area, worktops, splashbacks and sink, using suitable products to lift grease and food residue. Emptied storage and booked appliances are cleaned inside on accessible surfaces, including appropriate removable parts.
Bathroom cleaning tackles the basin, toilet and shower or bath, then fittings, mirrors and screens. Removable limescale and soap film are treated where the material permits, with product residue wiped away before the floor is cleaned.
We work through the other rooms’ accessible ledges, storage, skirting boards and doors, including handles and switches. Carpets are vacuumed and suitable hard floors cleaned; specialist carpet or upholstery treatment is arranged separately when you book.
Landlord furniture can have its hard surfaces cleaned with the rooms. Clear tables and shelves and empty the storage included in your booking.
Tell us about beds, sofas and large cabinets staying behind. Fabric treatment and access around heavy pieces are considered separately from ordinary surface cleaning.
Name every area needing carpet cleaning, including stairs. We will discuss the condition and drying when explaining your carpet option.
Additional upholstery cleaning or window cleaning should be requested before the appointment, with the items and access described.
6 · COMPLETION AND KEYS
Before we finish, we check through the cleaned rooms again. If you or your representative is present, point out a cleaning concern there and then so the team can look at it.
We follow the key-return arrangement made with you. For questions after the visit, contact us with the affected location, photographs and booking details so we can review the cleaning under the booking terms.
Give us the checkout time and when removals finish. We will discuss the work before arranging a suitable available visit.
Tell us about every bathroom and WC at the start. If something was missed, contact us before the appointment to discuss it.
Check the cleaning requested for your tenancy. Vacuuming and specialist treatment are different, and we can explain the option before booking.
Tell us about special surface care instructions during the enquiry. We will discuss the methods needed rather than leaving you to choose products for the visit.
Please empty it before interior cleaning. Stored belongings prevent the cleaner reaching the full shelves and corners.
Send the booking information, photographs and exact location. We consider the item against the work arranged and the booking terms.
