These are starting prices for the property or room, rather than an hourly rate. Your total depends on the size and condition of the home and any extra work. We’ll confirm the price and what it includes before you book. Minimum charges and booking terms apply, appointments depend on availability, and any congestion charge is extra.

3 · BEFORE WE ARRIVE
Empty the cupboards, drawers and bathroom cabinets included in the clean. Remove bags, food and loose belongings, so we can wipe the actual shelves and worktops.
Leave working water and electricity and remove rubbish before arrival. A booked freezer needs emptying and any necessary defrosting first; let us know if your removals fall behind.
4 · ON ARRIVAL
We start by checking the property and looking at anything you have asked us to focus on. Point out existing damage or finishes that need a particular approach.
If possessions remain in a booked area, we discuss what can be reached before starting. The team works through surfaces first, with vacuuming and mopping towards the end.
5 · HOW WE CLEAN
Emptying the kitchen makes a difference to what we can clean. With food and crockery removed, we can work along the shelves and corners of cupboards included in your booking. We also tackle suitable grease on cooking surfaces, clean the booked oven interior and finish the worktops, sink and taps, wiping away loosened dirt rather than leaving it in the kitchen.
We clean the bathroom fixtures once toiletries and loose items are out of the way. The toilet, basin and bath or shower receive attention, with suitable treatment for removable scale and soap film. Glass, mirrors and taps are finished after the deposits have been removed, and we clean the floor once the higher surfaces are done.
In the clear rooms, we can follow dust along shelving, skirting and the floor edges rather than work around packing. We wipe doors, handles and switches, clean included internal window areas and storage, then vacuum the carpets and edges. Suitable hard floors are mopped at the end, after the other room work has released its dust.
Landlord furniture can remain, provided we know what is there. Empty the storage you want cleaned and clear your own items from tables and shelves.
We clean the reachable hard furniture surfaces included in your quote. Fabric cleaning needs a separate treatment, and large furniture may block some areas underneath or behind it.
For specialist carpet treatment, tell us the rooms and stairs you want covered. We can discuss stains, the chosen option and drying before your handover appointment.
If sofas, chairs or additional windows also need cleaning, mention them during the enquiry. We explain the extra work and access needed rather than adding it by assumption.
6 · COMPLETION AND KEYS
We finish with a check for missed dust, smears and cleaning residue. If you are present, walk through with us and show the team a specific area you want checked.
Keys are returned as arranged with you. If a cleaning concern appears later, send clear photos and its location with your booking details so it can be reviewed under the booking terms.
It is better after belongings are removed. Tell us about any overlap so we can discuss whether the appointment is workable.
Concentrate on emptying them. The interior cleaning you book covers their accessible surfaces once your belongings are out.
