1 · YOUR FIRST CALL

2 · QUOTE AND BOOKING
We explain the price and inclusions before arranging the appointment. Ask us about carpets or upholstery at this stage so those treatments can be considered alongside the room clean.
We agree who will meet the team, the entry arrangements and the key return. If you are moving away before the visit, give us a contact who can help with access and completion.
GUIDE PRICES
Two-bedroom property: from £245 without carpet cleaning, or £275 with carpet cleaning.
Three-bedroom property: from £307 without carpet cleaning, or £337 with carpet cleaning.
These are starting prices for the property or room, rather than an hourly rate. Your total depends on the size and condition of the home and any extra work. We’ll confirm the price and what it includes before you book. Minimum charges and booking terms apply, appointments depend on availability, and any congestion charge is extra.
Tell us if you need the oven or other appliance interiors cleaned. We’ll explain the work included in your quote and whether an oven-cleaning offer applies.
3 · BEFORE WE ARRIVE
Empty the storage and appliance interiors being cleaned, and take personal belongings and rubbish away. Clear worktops, bathroom shelves and floors so the cleaners can get into the corners exposed by your move.
Water and power should remain available. Arrange the visit after dusty repairs, and ask about preparing a freezer in advance if you are booking its interior clean.
4 · ON ARRIVAL
We begin by checking the rooms with your booking and looking at any areas needing care. Point out existing damage and provide instructions for delicate finishes where available.
If boxes or other changes limit the work, we discuss it with you before starting on a different basis. Cleaning then moves through the surfaces, with the final floor work completed afterwards.
5 · HOW WE CLEAN
We loosen kitchen grease and remove food residue before wiping the surfaces clean. Cupboard fronts and empty interiors, worktops, hob surrounds, sink and splashbacks receive attention, alongside the appliance interiors in your quote.
Bathroom work covers the toilet and basin as well as the bath or shower. We treat removable deposits where suitable, clean glass and mirrors and wipe the fittings before the floor is finished.
In the other rooms we clean dusty ledges and skirting boards, wipe doors and handles and work through the storage and internal window areas included. We vacuum carpets and clean hard floors according to their material.
Furnished-room work can include tables, shelves and other hard surfaces discussed when booking. Clear belongings from them and empty the storage before the team arrives.
Tell us which landlord furniture stays after removals. Fabric treatment and access behind heavy beds or cabinets need a separate conversation before the visit.
Ask for carpet cleaning with the rooms and staircases named. Mention stains and discuss drying time before you fix the handover arrangements.
If sofas, chairs or further windows need attention, request upholstery cleaning or window cleaning with the items and access described.
6 · COMPLETION AND KEYS
We check the cleaned rooms before leaving. Join us at completion if possible to look through the work and identify any cleaning concern while the property remains accessible.
Keys are returned according to your arrangement. If a later inspection highlights a cleaning issue, contact us with photographs and booking details so we can review the location and task under the terms.
Arrange cleaning after belongings and rubbish leave and after dusty work. Tell us your handover deadline when enquiring.
Arrange a person to provide access and clear key instructions. Leave us a contact who can answer questions during the visit.
Empty the interiors included in your booking. Removing items from all shelves and drawers lets us clean those surfaces properly.
Call us once you know. We need to review how the remaining belongings affect the appointment and available cleaning areas.
We remove loosened grease and dirt and wipe the treated surfaces, rather than leaving the product and residue behind.
Attend at completion or nominate a representative. Walk through the cleaned rooms with the team and raise any specific point.
