2 · QUOTE AND BOOKING
We talk through the rooms and cleaning price with you. Tell us which appliances need cleaning inside and whether carpets need treatment so those tasks can be included in the appointment.
Once the quotation is clear, we arrange access and completion. A building entry code, parking instructions or the name of the person opening up can prevent confusion when the team reaches the address.
3 · BEFORE WE ARRIVE
Before the visit, take belongings out of the storage you want cleaned. Shelves need to be empty, including small kitchen drawers. Remove unwanted food and household rubbish as part of your move so the cleaners can reach the booked surfaces.
Keep the route between rooms usable. If a delivery, removal collection or repair overlaps with cleaning, contact us beforehand. Water and electricity must still be available, and fridge or freezer preparation needs discussing before the day.
4 · ON ARRIVAL
We look through the rooms before starting. Show us fragile fittings, existing marks and any surfaces with special care instructions so the cleaners know what needs attention.
Where remaining items prevent access, we explain the limitation and discuss it with you. Cleaning then progresses through the accessible rooms, with high surfaces and fittings attended to before the final floor work.
5 · HOW WE CLEAN
Kitchen cleaning includes greasy cooking surfaces, splashbacks, sink fittings and the emptied storage covered by your booking. For oven or other appliance interiors, we remove accessible residue using methods suitable for the appliance rather than treating every finish alike.
In the bathroom, cleaning reaches the toilet, washbasin, bath or shower and accessible surrounding fittings. We tackle removable soap deposits and limescale where the material permits, then finish glass, mirrors and the floor without leaving product residue behind.
The cleared rooms allow attention to skirting boards, ledges, door handles and accessible internal window areas in the checklist. Carpets are vacuumed; hard flooring is cleaned according to its surface. Additional fabric treatment has to be agreed as a separate requirement.
Empty furniture storage can be cleaned along with the room surfaces. Clear the tops of tables and shelves, and tell us which items belong to the landlord.
Fabric seats and mattresses need discussing separately from wiping furniture. We also need to know about large items restricting access; do not assume they can all be moved.

6 · COMPLETION AND KEYS
We check the booked rooms again before leaving. Where you or a representative joins the final look-through, show the team any concern within the cleaning scope while the property is still accessible.
Completion follows the access plan, including the named recipient for keys. Keep the booking reference if a later inspection raises a cleaning question, and send clear photographs of the specific area for review under the relevant terms.
