1 · YOUR FIRST CALL

2 · QUOTE AND BOOKING
We explain what your price includes, from empty cupboards to booked oven work. You can choose the carpet option and discuss upholstery or extra windows before booking.
We then sort out entry and completion. Tell us who opens the property and who remains available by phone, and agree where the keys should go when the clean is finished.
GUIDE PRICES
Two-bedroom property: from £245 without carpet cleaning, or £275 with carpet cleaning.
These are starting prices for the property or room, rather than an hourly rate. Your total depends on the size and condition of the home and any extra work. We’ll confirm the price and what it includes before you book. Minimum charges and booking terms apply, appointments depend on availability, and any congestion charge is extra.

3 · BEFORE WE ARRIVE
Arrange the visit after removals and dusty repairs. Clear cupboards, drawers and surfaces in the booking and remove the last bags and rubbish from the rooms.
Leave utilities connected and prepare booked appliance interiors. Empty food from a fridge and allow enough time for freezer defrosting where necessary before arrival.
4 · ON ARRIVAL
The team begins with a look through the property and checks the areas you highlighted. Show us any delicate finishes, existing damage or relevant care instructions.
If there is a change to the work or a room is not clear, we discuss it before proceeding. We then work through surfaces and fittings, keeping final floor cleaning until later.
5 · HOW WE CLEAN
Kitchen cleaning removes deposits before the finishing wipe. We tackle suitable cooking grease around the hob, splashback and extractor, clean worktops and cupboard fronts and wipe included empty interiors. The oven work in your quote covers its suitable interior surfaces and removable parts, followed by removal of loosened residue; the sink and taps are cleaned too.
In the bathroom we work around the bath or shower, basin and toilet, not just the open surfaces. Soap film and removable scale get appropriate treatment, with care around stone, coatings and other sensitive materials. We clean mirrors and glass, wipe fittings and finish the floor after the other work.
Other rooms receive attention where dust settles during a tenancy: shelves, ledges, skirting and door details. We clean included storage and internal window areas, wipe handles and switches and vacuum carpets and floor edges. Suitable hard floors are mopped once the dust has been collected, rather than before the rest of the room is done.
For furnished rooms, describe what belongs to the landlord and remains at handover. We can include hard surfaces and empty storage in the clean you book.
Remove your belongings from those pieces. Access behind heavy furniture needs discussing, and fabric treatment for sofas or chairs should be requested separately.
If carpets need specialist treatment, name the rooms and stairs. Mention stains or known materials and discuss drying before scheduling checkout soon after the appointment.
Extra glazing and upholstered items can be considered alongside the tenancy clean. Share enough detail about the item and access for us to explain and quote the additional work.
6 · COMPLETION AND KEYS
We finish by reviewing the cleaned spaces for missed dust, smears and residue. If you attend, walk through with the team and raise any specific cleaning detail you want checked.
Keys go back as arranged. Any concern noticed afterwards should be sent with photos, a precise location and your booking details for assessment under the booking terms.
