Regular Domestic Cleaning Acton
Keep the everyday jobs on a regular schedule. Tell us which rooms need attention, how often you would like a visit and your postcode. We’ll discuss the hours, price and available times.
- Weekly or fortnightly visits
- Room priorities agreed first
- Price confirmed before booking

Start with the jobs you want off your list.
A regular visit deals with the work that soon needs doing again: crumbs on the kitchen floor, marks around the basin and dust on the surfaces you use every day. You choose the rooms and priorities, then agree a realistic amount of time for them.
For your home in Acton, begin with a short list rather than a request to clean everything. The kitchen, bathroom and main living space might come first, with a spare bedroom included less often. Tell us what you currently manage yourself and what keeps getting left. That gives us a useful starting point for the first visit.
A clear plan for each room.
Kitchen
Wipe accessible worktops, clean the sink and taps, wipe the hob surface and clean the floor. Say if washing-up is a priority: a sink full of dishes takes time that would otherwise go towards surfaces. Cleaning inside an oven or a full set of cupboards needs a separate discussion.
Bathroom
Clean the toilet, basin, bath or shower, wipe suitable fittings and deal with the floor. Mention heavy limescale, damaged seals or mould before booking. Routine cleaning does not repair finishes or solve a persistent moisture problem.
Bedrooms
Dust accessible furniture, hoover carpets or clean suitable hard floors. If you want bed linen changed, include that in the agreed tasks and leave the clean set ready. Clothes on the floor and belongings covering a dressing table reduce the areas the cleaner can reach.
Living areas
Dust reachable shelves and tables, hoover the floor and clean suitable hard surfaces. Explain which ornaments or equipment should be left alone. A careful clean around everyday belongings is different from moving heavy furniture or emptying bookcases.

Agree the order of work before the visit. If the booked time is limited, the priority rooms should come first.

Choose the gap between visits. Then agree the time.
Weekly or fortnightly?
Weekly visits may suit a home where kitchens, bathrooms and floors need attention often. Fortnightly visits can work if you keep on top of small jobs between appointments. A longer gap can leave more to do at each visit, so it does not always mean booking the same hours half as often.
Bedrooms alone do not tell us the workload.
Tell us the number of bathrooms, the rooms you want cleaned and their present condition. Pets, stairs, clutter and extra tasks also affect the time needed. A two-bedroom flat with one bathroom is a different job from a two-bedroom home with several levels and two bathrooms. We discuss the actual rooms rather than quoting solely from the bedroom count.
After the first visit, review the priorities and booked time. If the bathroom takes longer than expected, you can discuss more time or a smaller list for the next appointment. Changes should be agreed before the cleaner arrives.
From £18 per hour, per cleaner.
The current price list gives this starting rate for regular domestic cleaning. It also states that minimum charges and terms apply, rates can vary by area and congestion charges are excluded where applicable. We confirm the rate for your address, the hours and any additional charges before you book.
Ask how many cleaners will attend and how the total is calculated. The starting rate is not a fixed price for a whole property. An extra bathroom, more tasks or a first visit with heavier build-up can change the time required.
Make the first visit straightforward.
Confirm the products and tools.
Check who will supply the hoover, mop, cloths and cleaning products. If you are providing them, make sure the equipment works and suitable products are clearly labelled. Point out natural stone, untreated wood and surfaces with special care instructions. Mention allergies or products you do not want used before the appointment.
Leave room to work.
You do not need to clean first. Clear the floors and the surfaces you want cleaned, or include tidying in the agreed time. Put fragile valuables and private papers somewhere secure. Let us know about pets, rooms to keep closed and any items the cleaner should not handle.
Agree entry and parking arrangements.
If you will be out, agree how the cleaner can enter, deal with the alarm and secure the property afterwards. For a flat, include the entry buzzer and any separate building door. Give key or access-code instructions through the agreed booking arrangements, not in a public message.
Some addresses in Acton are within controlled parking zones. If parking is needed for the visit, check the restrictions for your address and tell us about an available visitor permit or other arrangement. Ealing Council’s visitor parking guidance explains permits for resident bays. We do not assume every address has the same restrictions.

Before you book a regular visit.
Can I ask for the same cleaner each time?
Yes, you can ask. We need to confirm availability for your proposed day and frequency before you rely on that arrangement. Ask how holidays, sickness or a change of cleaner would be handled. We do not promise continuity until it has been agreed.
Do I have to be at home?
You can discuss a visit while you are out. Agree entry, keys or codes, alarm instructions and how the property will be secured. If there is a shared entrance, explain access to both the building and your own front door.
What should I have ready for the first appointment?
Have the agreed products and equipment ready, clear the areas to be cleaned and leave a short priority list. Tell us about delicate surfaces, pets and anything that should be left untouched. Confirm these details when booking.
Can the cleaner do different rooms on different visits?
Discuss a rotating list, such as keeping the kitchen and bathroom on every visit and alternating less-used rooms. The tasks still need to fit the booked time. Agree changes in advance rather than leave a longer list on the day.
What if I need to change or cancel a visit?
Contact the team as soon as you know. Check the notice required and any cancellation charge in your booking confirmation before agreeing the schedule. A replacement day or time depends on availability, so wait for confirmation of the change.
Can I add ironing or bed changing?
Ask when arranging the visit. Tell us how much ironing there is or how many beds need changing, and have the agreed equipment or fresh linen ready. These jobs use time that would otherwise go towards cleaning; they need to be included in the plan.
Can I book a deep clean as the first visit?
If there is heavy build-up, a separate deep clean may be a sensible starting point. Describe the rooms and their condition when you call. We can discuss the first job and the later regular schedule, including separate time and prices.
