We sort out access alongside the appointment: who meets us, any entrance instructions and where we can unload. If you will be elsewhere, give us a contact for questions and a plan for returning the keys.
GUIDE PRICES
Bedroom in a flatshare: from £69. Shared rooms and carpet treatment need a separate quote.
One-bedroom property: from £208 without carpet cleaning, or £238 with carpet cleaning.
These are starting prices for the property or room, rather than an hourly rate. Your total depends on the size and condition of the home and any extra work. We’ll confirm the price and what it includes before you book. Minimum charges and booking terms apply, appointments depend on availability, and any congestion charge is extra.

3 · BEFORE WE ARRIVE
Please remove rubbish and personal belongings and leave surfaces clear. Empty the cupboard and appliance interiors included in the clean. Clearing the shelves and corners gives us much more to work with than tidying everything into one room.
Leave power and water available. Ask about freezer preparation before the visit so there is time for defrosting if required. Let us know if another contractor or your removal company changes the arrangements.
4 · ON ARRIVAL
We look through the rooms at arrival, including the places you were concerned about when you called. Point out sensitive finishes and existing damage before we start, and let us know if anything has changed.
We discuss changes to the job before doing different work. Once ready, we clean interiors and room surfaces, leaving floors until the end so the dusting and wet work do not leave fresh dirt on them.
5 · HOW WE CLEAN
We work through the kitchen from the loose crumbs in empty cupboards to grease around the cooking area. Shelves and corners are wiped, worktops and splashbacks cleaned and suitable hob and extractor surfaces treated for residue. We clean the appliance interiors in your quote, including appropriate removable parts, then wipe away loosened deposits. The sink and taps are finished after the cooking dirt has been cleared from the surrounding areas.
In the bathroom, we clean the fixtures and the fittings around them: basin, toilet, bath or shower, taps and reachable edges. We remove soap film and work on removable mineral deposits using products suited to the surface. Glass and mirrors receive the finishing clean after buildup is dealt with, and the floor is completed once the fixture work is over.
The room clean works through ledges and shelves, doors and touchpoints and the skirting boards around the perimeter. Included internal window areas are attended to before we finish at floor level. We vacuum edges as well as the main area and mop suitable hard floors after the other surfaces are complete.
If the property is furnished, identify the landlord-owned items that stay. Empty the shelves and drawers and clear table tops so the hard surfaces included can be cleaned.
Let us know about large furniture or fitted units that prevent access. Fabric care for chairs and sofas needs to be requested separately, so tell us about those items during booking.
For carpet cleaning, list the rooms and stairs needing treatment and describe any marks. We discuss the chosen option and drying before you arrange checkout immediately after cleaning.
Ask about upholstery cleaning with the items and fabric details you know. Additional window cleaning needs a window list and suitable access discussed before it is booked.
6 · COMPLETION AND KEYS
We finish by looking over the work for missed dust, marks or residue. If you can meet the team, a walkthrough lets you point out any particular cleaning detail before completion.
We follow your key-return plan. Send photos promptly if a concern appears later so we can review it with your booking details under the terms of the service.
Explain that you need a room rather than the whole home cleaned. Identify any shared areas you are responsible for so the quote and access arrangements cover the right work.
Make clear which areas can be entered and cleaned and who is providing access. Tell us about occupied or restricted areas before the booking is finalised.
Clear it before the appointment wherever possible. Belongings block surfaces and floor edges and limit the areas the team can reach.
Do not assume it is. Tell us the carpet area and treatment you want and check what is included in the quotation before booking.
Identify the interior work being requested and arrange for the relevant space to be emptied. Do not assume other occupants’ food or belongings can be moved for cleaning.
Discuss the person and entry instructions with us beforehand. We need a reachable contact and clear arrangements for the keys when the work is complete.
