2 · QUOTE AND BOOKING

We arrange entry around the property’s practical access. Tell us about the floor, stairs, lift or building contact, and agree who takes the keys when cleaning is finished.
GUIDE PRICES
Studio: from £110 without carpet cleaning, or £140 with carpet cleaning.
One-bedroom property: from £208 without carpet cleaning, or £238 with carpet cleaning.
These are starting prices for the property or room, rather than an hourly rate. Your total depends on the size and condition of the home and any extra work. We’ll confirm the price and what it includes before you book. Minimum charges and booking terms apply, appointments depend on availability, and any congestion charge is extra.

3 · BEFORE WE ARRIVE
Remove belongings and rubbish, then clear the surfaces and storage included in the clean. Even a few remaining bags can block floor edges and make an empty room harder to finish.
Leave power and water connected. Prepare booked fridge or freezer interiors in advance, including necessary defrosting, and complete dusty work before the cleaning visit.
4 · ON ARRIVAL
We look through the flat when we arrive and check the areas you mentioned. Identify existing damage and any surface with specific care needs before cleaning starts.
If the actual access or work differs from the booking, we talk it through first. Cleaning then progresses through the surfaces and fittings, with the final floors left until later.
5 · HOW WE CLEAN
In a kitchen, a clean worktop is only part of the job. We work on suitable deposits around the cooking area, wipe cupboard fronts and included empty interiors, and clean the sink and taps. The booked oven interior gets attention on its suitable surfaces and removable parts, with loosened grease wiped away rather than left in corners.
Bathroom cleaning separates the work on sanitary ware from the finishing details on glass and fittings. We clean the toilet, basin and bath or shower, treat removable soap and scale deposits appropriately and wipe mirrors and taps. The material determines the treatment, and the floor is cleaned after the other surfaces.
In the rooms, we follow dust along shelving, ledges and skirting and clean door surfaces, switches and handles. Internal window areas and storage in your booking are included. Vacuuming collects the dust before suitable hard floors are mopped, with care not to treat timber or delicate finishes as if they were tiles.
If furniture stays, describe the pieces when enquiring. We can include reachable hard surfaces and empty storage while planning around the access available.
Clear your own possessions from the furniture. Heavy pieces may restrict access beneath them; fabric sofas and chairs need a separate upholstery treatment.
For specialist carpet cleaning, list the rooms or stairs and mention staining or known material details. We discuss the option and drying before you fix a tight checkout time.
Additional glazing and upholstery can be quoted alongside the visit. Tell us what needs attention and how it is reached so the extra work is planned properly.
6 · COMPLETION AND KEYS
We finish by reviewing the cleaned spaces for dust, smears and residue. If you or your representative are present, walk through with us and point out a particular cleaning detail.
Keys follow the arrangement made at booking. Send later concerns with photographs, their location and booking details so they can be reviewed under your booking terms.
